Here is the key, art plus advance photos from the pilot episode, of the new NBC series “The Blacklist” starring Megan Boone (as Elizabeth Keen), James Spader (as "Red" Raymond Reddington), and Diego Klattenhoff (as Donald Ressler). The series will air at 10PM ET on Mondays, premiering this fall on NBC.
